Ronco Acquisition Corporation After a canceled order, they have ignored all my requests for a refund and I am on a fixed income New York New York
On the 30th of May I bought a set of knives from Ronco for $106.59. Two days later I called and cancelled the order and was given a cancel # 135249.I waited a week and hadn't recieved my refund...most companies process and deliver your refund in this amount of time. I called and was informed I had to send them a copy of my bank statement showing they had recieved the payment. I did this without showing my account information.
After another week I called again and was assured the claim would be process as soon as possible. Another week passed and I still had no refund, so I called again. This time the lady told me I would have my refund by Friday. Friday came and I still had no refund so I called again. This time they requested my bank statement again, I told them I had sent it once already, but I did give them the trace number from my bank.
I don't know what else I can do. What kind of accounting depart do they have and does everyone that wants a refund go through all of this, they have a thirty day guarantee for returns a refund should be so much easier. It seems they are hoping I will forget it. Please help me if you can.
