I saw a Tv add on Ronco knives and liked the way they looked so I purchased a "Buy one Get one Free" for $39.99 plus shipping and handling with UPS ground shipping.

I recieved the knives as advertised but the SHIPPING costs were astrnomical. They charged me $39.99 for the knives as stated, but $43.40 for the shipping!

I checked with UPS and the shipping costs from Van Nuys Ca to my home SHOULD have been about $17.43.

I called them to return both sets of knives, but they said they would not REFUND the Exorbiant shipping charge.
