Complaint Review: Ronco Knives

Ronco Knives ordered 2 sets of knives...never received...since Sept. 2014 - still waiting for affadavit to be sent for refund... Nationwide

To whom It May Concern:

I ordered 2 sets of knives in September 2014 which I did not receive...I was told they had to send me an affadavit by mail and email to no avail. The affadavit must be filled out and signed to receive a refund which they seem to have no problem with...ALL TALK>>>

Nothing came in the mail or email to me...WAITING for 7 months for this affadavit. Please spare me. Still nothing from them...today is April 17, 2015...Spoke to them again...I have names a mile long...Lisa  and Rhonda seem to be the supervisors...spoke to others as well...Danny, Daisy, Sophie and Pam are a few...

I really do not believe I am still waiting with all this time gone by...I have not been well, so this was not a priority to me.  I want my refund  ASAP...again to NO AVAIL...

Please help me resolve this in a speedy manner...Thanking you in advance...
