I heard Roni Deutch IRS attorneys advertise on tV they wd help your iRS needs.  I am recently disables and ahev been redeiving threats from the student loan people for have not paid them since disablirty.  I heard them say that eventually my student loan debt means they can attach ant wages and my income tax return, so when i heard Roni advertisment I called.

A "Brendan" promised me that either the statute of limitations had run on the money I owed or if not since I was disabled I was due a dischargement of debt.  I told him many times that it was a student loan debt not a letter from the iRS.He kept asking for monies and then agreed to give ,e a discount.  He wd charge 800.00 if I paid 400 now and the rest w/i 30 days .  It wd be deveral hundred dollars cheaper this way.  I excitedly sent the 400, electronically.  Then they sent me a retainer agreement which did nto state anywhere about dischargung my student loan debt.  I called them and they did not receive or answer my calls till I received the retainer agreement.  Then some superviser, not Brandan said "NO they do not dissolve student loans!!"  I asked for my money back, and they said "well you've been our client  for so many days.  What do we need to send back.  We worked on yr case."  I answerred "you didn't do anything, for you couldn't do what i asked.  You lied to me and I want my money back!"  Elizabeth West Haven, cT
