Roni Duetch makes me give up on the human race. She took my money $3200.00. Made promises that even her staff was taught to lie about. I wanted a resolution to help my tax problem not create a bigger one. I gave up my health insurance for one year to trust her office and staff would help me. Now her office is closed she is going to jail for many offenses. It makes me sick to think I trusted this woman. Who on television and in her books reasures you she is the one to help.
Ms Duetch needs to pay everyone back she has taken money from. Feel like the dog that she really is. My life is not a game and she turned it into one.
I want my full refund and the amount of interest the IRS has charged me. California better take her down in a class action lawsuit. She is a disgrace to the California Bar a*s. and to business woman. How dare she take advantage of so many people.
If there is a class action suit against ms duetch please please contact me. I will never trust anyone in this capacity again.

Yes not getting in trouble in the first place is an easy answer. I own a small business. I had a random audit. I always filed my taxes and paid anything needed to pay. Then when the audit took place a very bitter employee who was going to retire wanted to look at my case. I was not entitled to bring in a recording devise as stated in my rights as a tax payer. I was not entitled to bring in my CPA as stated in my rights. When I contacted the IRS they lost documentation. Unfortunate for me at the time Rod Blogoyavich was selling a senate seat that belonged to Obama in ILL. The govenor before him went to jail as well. When managers were envolved it became a joke. One day after a meeting they asked me and accused me of drinking. Look I have arthritis, high blood pressure and astma. I don't drink. So if you don't know all the facts making a remark like not getting in trouble in the first place is easier said then done.

As her commercials on Telemundo state. The best advice anyone can give y'all is not to get into trouble with the IRS to start with.
