I have known this person for 6 - seven years.
He does not work.
He goes to court about once a year but Never gets locked up
Why is this?
Sometimes he doeesn't even go to court.
People go to jail and get out, and he still lounges on the street.
Is the law for everyone, or just some?

Show him what you've posted on the internet for all the world to see. His reaction to it may get him some time for Assault & Battery. "He goes to court about once a year" means exactly squat.
