Complaint Review: Ronnie Deutch Tax Center

Ronnie Deutch filed some back taxes for us about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I have recently found out that a Federal Tax Lien was placed on our Credit Report. What we weren't told was that when you are in a Currently Non-Collectible Status, the IRS automatically places this Lien. The Tax Center denied that they knew anything about this Lien, but when I spoke to the IRS, there were notes in their system where they called the Tax Center in September, October, November of 2007 and again in Feb. 2008. At that time they told the Tax Center they were placing the Lien, and still the Tax Center did not notify of this. Now, we will have this Lien until it is paid off.
