Notary Stars (a new NSA directory, yeah another one) and is owned and ran by signing service owner Ronnie Mickle, of Unlimited Ink. He has pretty much ripped off my Notary Reviews & Ratings List and is going to use it in his new NSA directory called Notary Stars and I NEED MEMBERS OF NOTARY REVIEWS AND THE PUBLIC TO HELP STOP HIM!
I have confronted him about using the list, in that I will pretty much sue his a*s if he publishes it. He response to me was "I wish you would."
Ronnie is a snake in the grass, piece of rat sh*t, con artist that I would NOT TRUST!
I do ask that members report him to RipOffReport.com so that he is marked forever as being a ripoff artist.

Carrie Rivera, Notary Public and "Paralegal" is Wrong!

I am very happy to publically address Carrie Rivera's accusations. First and foremost I, or my companies, have stolen nothing from her. She who professes to be a "paralegal" should know the difference between a few terms- copyright and libel are two important ones she should be interested in as I have already contacted an attorney for her claims.

First and foremost, until I did a soft press release for my latest website, NotaryStars.com which is a site designed to help notaries for free- I had no idea who she was or did. I did know there were others out there like myself who want to help the notary community but her specifically I've never heard of.
During my soft press release, I announced that my team and I would be going to public websites to compile a list of companies notaries may work for. This is public information and that cannot be copywritten. Anyone in the world may wish to do the same and it's okay. It is not our intention to rate these companies, which I have recently discovered, that is what she does for a living. She has compiled a list of these companies and rates them on a site called "The Good, the Bad, and The Ugly," which she charges notaries for this list.
Our company is simply compiling a list of companies along the Internet, verifying their existence, adding more information about them after calling them that may be helpful to notaries, and publishing it for free as a verified listing.
What she does is completely different than what we are doing and we don't know of her or care what she is doing. She has made threating phone calls to me on my business lines, has posted in Facebook, and nowhere horrible things that just aren't true. And these are things that I will let an attorney sort through as we press forward with our project.
Documentation is being kept of the harassment we are facing just because we are doing something really great for the notary community. We are organizing information and giving it away freely to the notary community. We do have a membership if notaries choose to sign up but that is only from notaries who wish to pay. Every feature on our site if free. We gain our support from those who trust in us.
It is in our hopes that Carrie will leave us alone and become more confident in her own work. It's rather sad she feels the way she does. And we do feel very sad for her in the unprofessional way she handles herself and business. We really hope she gets the help she needs.

Here is also a letter I personally penned to Carrie Rivera after a phone attack which she fails to acknowledge but continues to post in Facebook Forums and around the Internet despite legal action being raised against her (they call this bullying for children, as adults, we know better):
