Ronnie Raben from Austin, Texas took us for the longest run around you've ever seen. We scheduled a home inspection with him in April & he promised for 2 MONTHS that he would come by "next week" & perform the inspection. We trusted his word and we kept thinking that he would be there "next week". Well after two months he finally showed up and needless to say we were more than upset with is service. His shoes were muddy & he tracked dirt all over the house.
It seems that Ronie Raben in Ausitn has been taking Austinites for a ride for years. His report was not thorough, we noticed he didn't even look in some closets or check all of the appliances. Whe we finally did get his report almost everything was marked as "okay" without much consideration or range of condition. If you are reading thsi DO NOT use his services, look for another company because you will be thuroughly disappointed.
