Once again online merchants have to deal with another illiterate scum bag that loves to make up his own polices making up fake credit card disputes to steal merchandise from retailers. The first thing this crook does is monitor emails being sent from the company he buys something from, then when he is under the impression the item ships Brack wastes no time into contacting his credit card Citibank and makes up fake claims of not receipt.
This lying thief knows what the terms and conditions are since this moron states he legally agreed to them, they were displayed in point blank view of him at the sales end, so he couldnt make up any excuses or lies. The first thing he does is start his series of lies, by first saying the product was to be delivered a week after buying the item, he contacted the merchant, the basic BS he would need to meet the requirements of having the dispute filed against the company.
Mind you, that this crook has no documented evidnece to back up his series of lies. He makes up some stories making sound like his entire life savings was on the line, (when he bought a $10 mouse). yes Brack is that pathetic that he would go through all the trouble to steal a $10 mouse! He will then purposely ignore you when you start to take legal action against this LA scumbag. Sellers do yourself a favor, do not deal with anyone from the LA area, because like Brack they are the biggest classication of scam artist we have to deal with, thats why we immediately black list anyone from the LA area, not worth the BS they cause.
