Be careful. This company has a track record of signing contracts but deciding not to fulfill them without informing the homeowner.

They are not cautious in their work nor careful with the property of the homeowner. While they consistently do poor work (roofs that leak after replacing, broken gutters and cracked sidewalks to name a few ), they do repair the damages they cause and pride them self in fixing what they destroyed.

Their site says they have 20 years of references when the company has only been around since 2006. The owners of the company are not credible/honest people.

Be careful! There are many more reputable companies out there than this one.

Here is just one Letter of recomendation out hundreds and thousands of happy customers..Its kinda of funny that the person that wrote this about roofing analytics can no longer be found any where...Please take your time and check this company out before you make a judgement decision,

To whom it may concern:
Troy Krauss with Roofing Analytics really knows how to take care of his customers.

We had a short time frame, and he worked with us to get the job done fast. He helped us put in a claim to AAA. He spoke with the adjuster when he came. When our claim went though, and we paid for the materials, he was able to put a new roof on in 3 days: one day to order the materials, one to deliver, and one day to demo and build. When the material supplier cracked our driveway, Troy assured me it would be fixed. Roofing Analytics ended up paying for it out of their own pocket.

He let me know what to expect every step of the way, and when ever I called, he was always attentive. Having to put in a claim is a stressful time, but that extra service and dedication is what put us at ease with the job at hand.

Thank you Troy Krauss and Roofing Analytics.

Sincerely,
Rebecca Eden
