Thomas Roofing has consistently failed to return to repair the roof on a custom built home that is less than 3 years old.
Either Mr Thomas is out of town or out of the office or in a meeting and does not return phone calls or request for repair.
His office staff states that they are not at liberty to schedule anything without his direct supervision.

I have just become aware of a customer complaint. Since the customer did not leave a name, I can only state our standard policy. We have a one year written labor warranty against leaks due to workmanship. This warranty is in conjunction with the one year warranty the builder gives the homeowner. At the time the customer called, his roof would have been out of warranty for two years, and an offer to make the repairs for a nominal service charge would be offered.
From April 99 to April 2000, when the report was made, we had been through three hurricanes, (during August, September, and October of 1999), with record rain fall.
I am very concerned the customer did not feel his calls were answered, Mr. Thomas reports to this office five days a week, and has done so for the last 30 years.
