ROOM STORE DOESN'T BACK UP THEIR WARRENTY Scottsdale Arizona
Room Store services is terrible. They sold me a leather couch that is fading in color and falling apart. They sent two different people to just take pictures of the couch and not replace or fix the couch. I was informed the reason my couch is in terrible condition was the oil from people skin. Meanwhile, I have no children or animals and the 2nd man that came out to see my couch never even mention that but put it in his report. I am confused because he informed me that they don't make leather couches how they use to and he is writting the labor and parts will cost to mucha nd he suggest a new couch. Well, he is a liar. I will never purchase another item from Room Store.
