Room Vu Real Estate Roomvu Photography Charged for a Video Subscription when service was interrupted and broken Vancouver BC
I contacted this company to purchase a video subscription service back in February 2021. I was told to pay a full year subscription of $335, which allows a video subscription service to Instagram. After multiple attempts, Instagram has flagged this account as unauthorized and blocked my access to the account.
After speaking with the technical assistance crew, they were not able to resolve the issue. They cancelled my subscription but refused to refund the entire amount. What a scam. Get users to signup and then refuse to refund them when the service is not longer working.
