This company was such a rippoff. Be aware that they are everywhere. In classifieds and ads. I needed a roommate and was desperate. I found a agency. That low and behold turn out to be rommateexpress.com. I payed with a check. and soon My ad was posted. When I went into my file to see my new roommates. WOw what a dissapointment. After calling them directly several times. The gentle said let me put some matches for you. What he put was people that did not match whatso ever. The only time I had anybody intersted were the people they placed. And this individuals were expired. I asked for my money back it was the run around all the time. MY god how many calls. Customer service. Did anyone call me. NO. DID ANY REFUND MY MONEY NO. WHAT THEFTS AND WORK ETHICS ARE COMPANYS GOING BY TODAY. BE AWARE OF ROOMMATE EXPRESS AND OTHERS LIKE THEM.

First off let me commend the owner, authors, moderators or whatever they are called for this site. I love this site, its content and the service it provides the consumer.

Second to anyone who wishes to be taken seriously. Please, please, please, use a spell check, MS Word, or something before posting comments about a company. When you post a complaint about a company on this website you are a completely anonymous individual and basically a stranger to everyone else on the web. Any credibility that you hope to gain with anyone of a decent intellect will be based on the way that you present yourself grammatically. Spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, and worst of all incoherent sentences, do nothing for the author except diminish any credibility that they may have.

That's just my two-cents. Authors and contributors do with it as you will.

At no time did we say we could promise him a roommate, no one can. If you run an ad in the local paper you can't be assured of getting a roommate . This gentleman was an older man looking for a young female to share his place. this is not a reasonable request.
