I bought my Love Seat and Sofa in December 2011 and took the extended warranty. Exactly after 1 month of expiry of the extended warranty my sofa and love seat started cracking and peeling . I tried to talk to the sales people in the store but they say "we cannot do anything after the warranty has expired". I have moisturized the sofa and love seat regularly with the lotion given by R2G. But looks like the so called leather is defective as many other people have complained online.
I am surprised R2G didnot recall these inferior quality sofas. I was a loyal customer of R2G for several years but looks like i need to start shopping other stores like Ashley or Nebraska. I am really frustrated after spending more than $1300 and 3 year of normal use that these are going to end up in trash.
Donot buy leather sofas from Rooms to go.
