My story is one of many with Rooms To go. (RTG). We purchased a bedroom set and set up a delivery date. On the 1st delivery wrong color headboard. 2nd delivery scratched the footboard putting on what was thought to be correct headboard. Later found 6 inch crack in headboard. 3rd delivery another cracked headboard. 4th delivery another cracked headboard. 4 days of missed work. 5th time, Thought we would try a Saturday, Guess what? Cracked headboard.

I got tried of calling the customer screw you line, I contacted the finance company and told them I refused to pay for the bedroom set. After much talking with (RTG) and the finance company, we arranged for them to pick up the set and bring me a check for what I had spent.

Well guess what, that's right they SCREW THAT UP TOO. I turned them into the Dallas BBB, Texas Attorney General, and the Federal consumer agency. I also E-mailed this story to all the local news associations. I am refusing to pay until they compensate me for the 4 days of missed work.

Dude,

Don't cut off your nose to spite your face. I have read many stories and had friends that experienced a situation like yours. Just get what maney you can back and run. Don't demand your four days of pay, you won't get it.
