they dont replace defectuos items under warranty ,they send a rude and unprofessional guy to inspect the problem and this guy put pressure on to make it worse in order to make the report in their favor and make you responsable for it. any time you claa them make a videos and take pictures to show the people the modus operandi of thos racketeer, dont buy furniture from this organize crime cia who treat horrible costumers .
