Complaint Review: Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go ripoff Damaged furniture delivered 3 different times Our original delivery date was Dec. 22, 2007 it is now Jan. 19, 2007 and issue is is still unresolved. San Antonio Texas

We spent 7000.00 at Rooms To Go and 6 out of the 8 items that we purchased were damaged. They redelivered our dinig table 3 times and each time it was damaged. Our original order was for a Dec. 22, 2006 delivery, it is now Jan. 19, 2007 and we still have no dining room table and the handle on one of the dressers is still broken. They were going to deliver a different table to us today, but never showed up. When we called to find out what happened to our order all they could say was that for some reason our order was taken out of the system and we are going to have to wait another 5 days for delivery. We have called and asked to speak to the store manager and he is always busy or has already left for the day and he never returns our calls. This is just ridiculous it ruined our Christmas celebration that we were going to have in our new home and then we rescheduled for New Year's Eve and we had to cancel that to because the table was damaged again.
