Complaint Review: Rooms to Go

We purchased a kitchen table and 4 chairs. We waited 3 weeks before we finally gave up and drove an hour to their warehouse to get it ourselves. They missed 2 delivery dates.

The chairs looked fine in the dark warehouse, but when we got them home 2 were cracked. The table required assembly, but the legs would not fit onto the table and one was cracked, as well as a crack in the table top. We called customer service over anc over and over. They would exchange them, but the earliest delivery date was 2 weeks away. We could return them for merchandice only.

We lived without a kitchen table for 4 more weeks, they again missed the delivery times. We are now stuck with a very wobbly table and 4 chairs that you almost have to balance in to keep from breaking!

Don't buy from this company, they have cheap prices for a reason!
