They did the same thing to me as others.. RAGE

I cancelled on day 2 of the trial intro membership. I received a confirmation "terms of service" which outlines both full and free membership on the next login but does not say which is being agreed to..

3 months later I caught the charge as my bank account nearly overdrafted..

I wrote and showed them their own log showing I have never logged in during the months, showed them my account was cancelled on 11/6 instead of 9/6 (today being 11/8 with no logins since the cancellation), explained I have economic hardships and cannot afford the hardships

and they refused to address a single questions simply sending me over and over the second change of service which shows both free and paid as possible terms..

insane rip-off pre-calculated.. never once in 4 emails and phone-calls would they answer what happened to the original cancellation on 9/5|9/6

I will hire an attorney if needed... nearly 100 bucks in rippoff...NEVER PAY ROOMSTERS you know form the moment they say auto renew they are a rip off

REPEAT: YOU KNOW INSIDE YOURSELF AUTO RENEW IS A RIP OFF
