Roomster.com Disabled my account after I asked for Corporate information Internet
Signed up for Roomster after finding them on-line. When I signed up with all the required information, I saw 'matches'. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to view any of them. Even the ones that were in the "megaphone" area. When I contacted their 'help desk' and I use this term loosely, I was advised they couldn't help me but directed me to a help icon that did not exist on their site. After numerous requests for a supervisor or someone with a brain to contact me, I opted for a Better Business Bureau complaint. Unfortunately, the only information I could find is they are located in New York. Not enough for the BBB to file a complaint with. So, I contacted the 'help desk' again, asking for their corporate information. My account was disabled. It seems this company doesn't want to do anything for you but aggravate you and from what I have read, take your money. If you have signed up for service and they continue to take your money, you have more information than I did, file a BBB complaint or better yet, go to the Attorney General office in the State of New York.
