Once you sign up for your free account you will start getting email alerts that a prospective roommate has responded to your add to inquire if the room is still available. In order to read the emails you need to purchase a membership, so I purchased the monthly membership cause I had received 16 replies.

Once you research the emails you find that they are bogus. For instance in your roommate add you are asking for a monthly rent of $500.00 or male only or other specifics. You go to read your emails and they are from anyone who has posted an add looking for a room, they are from people that can't afford the rent that you advertise, that smoked and your add requested no smokers, you asked for male only roommates and the replies are from females or any other specifics in your add, there are no matches to what your add was asking for. Once you deleted all the unwanted emails you wont get anymore until your subscription runs out, then by some miracle you start getting more inquiries. Don't do business with them
