I had two accounts with roomsters.com. Both had similar user names, the same username but @different domains. These two accounts shared a paypal account. I signed up for a 3 day trail, I later cancelled the account, they had charged a $30 renewal fee for the account that was never activated. The refuse to refund my money due to the terms I agreed to when active the other account. The do not have a customer line for you to call, only email which has taken weeks for the conversation to get no where.
