Roomster.net Continues to charge you beyond what you signed up for! New York Internet
When you sign up for a membership, even if it's only a $5.95 membership for four days, they charge you $29.95 a few days later, as they did with me. Even after I cancelled, and e-mailed them, the only response I received was an inaccuarate "screen shot" which made it look like it was obvious that I would be charged this ammount, but I know it didn't say so when I signed up.
When you sign up for their service they decieve you to make it seem as if you're signing up for a specific period of time, but really you're signing up permanently. Even if you close your account, they give you no record of such, and continue to charge you $29.95 a month.
Their site is very deceptive, and I know I read through their terms, and I did not see that they automatically renew your account. Do not use this site! This is an example of deceptive advertising at it's finest.
