This company has got to be the worst roommate finder site. I was a member for 6 months and got nothing out of them.
Since I thought the site was so crappy, I didn't really use it.
I decided to try the 4-day trial for $5.95, since you cannot check messages from other users without paying for the service. I thought it was a one-time transaction and there would be no problem.
I come to find out they kept charging me $29.95/month for 6 months, meanwhile I was thinking I only paid for a 4-day trial.
I contacted "customer service", (if you can call them that) and they stated that they offer no refunds and that it is blatantly stated in their terms of use that they charge you $29.95/month until you cancel. I read their terms of use in the smallest print it says so.
I hope this site gets shut down for their lack of integrity for doing business. False advertising is not only unethical, but it is illegal.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! BIG RIP-OFF!
