I paid for a 2 week service but hardly used the service which deemed unhelpful to me. After 2 weeks, I was charged for an additional 4 weeks service with NO notification. I even double checked my email for any proof that I could have made the mistake, but there was no such notice from Roomster. I cancelled it immediately (within a few days of the 2nd charge) and emailed Roomster for a refund. They refused to call me, give me a number to call, or honor the refund even though the service had been cancelled. This is a scam, a rip off, are extremely poor business practices, or whatever you want to call them, and complaints of their practices can be found all over the internet.
