Roomstore Failure to Adhere to Warranty-Cheap Furniture Baltimore Nationwide

Roomstore - Ordered online, this is the location which delivered the furniture, but its ALL ROOMSTORES!!!!

I originally purchased this furniture the fall of 2008 from the roomstore online. The information at the Roomstore and on the website stated that this furniture was of a high quality and workmanship. The furniture is not even a year old and the color is rubbing off the front of the desk and dresser. The Roomstore sent a technician out to fix the furniture and he clearly stated that he cannot make any decisions regarding the furniture and proceeded to put $2.00 furniture marker on my furniture which is not even the same color as the furniture and said someone will be in touch. I had to call the Roomstore customer service repeatedly to find out if they had made a decision regarding the furniture and they finally told me that there was nothing that they could do fo me. That this is not a manufacturing defect and that the manufacturer agreed. Okay, so is a manufacturer going to say, yes, that's a defect of course not. I have necer bought furniture from anywhere else and had this problem. Not even the furniture my child had from Target had this problem and help up for 6 years.
