I ordered a special order, Entertainment Center, from the AZ Roomstore in late Aug.  I was told it would take 4 weeks, but later learned it would be 8 - 10 weeks.  After several attempts to contact the Manager and Asst. Manager (5 calls) of the store I finally talked to the Asst. Manager. I waited to hear from him but once again no follow-up. I finally contacted him and he stated that "I spoke to the manufacture rep and he said I would receive my order in two weeks.  Two weeks later no order. 

I attempted to contact the Asst Manager and Sales Person to find out what happened to the order but they were "with customers" (4 separate times), this seems to be a common theme with this company when they don't want to deal with an issue. After several attempts to contact a manager or Asst. Manager I called Customer service to resolve the issue.  I never spoke with the Customer service manager but after calling back several times I spoke with his asst.  She said she would follow up but I didn't hear from her either.

After 10 additional weeks of failed return calls, no follow up and then an attempt to deliver a defective unit by two delivery people who asked to see a picture so they could put the unit together....I CANCELLED THE ORDER. Amazingly the sales person (who was busy with customers)that I called 5 mins before walked into the store was at the front door standing around (busy I guess).

Even this didn't go well after 10 days (they said I would have a refund by then) NO SURPRISE!! STILL NO REFUND!!

I would write the corporate office but the complaint goes to Customer Service...remember they had as poor of follow-up as the store, so why waste my time.

I finally called AMEX (Best Company Ever) and they removed the charges from my card. 

I will never shop at the Arizona Roomstore again and strongly recommend all consumers stay away from this store.
