Complaint Review: Roomstore

I purchased a dresser from the Roomstore in February of 2004. I purchased an extended warranty for this dresser at that time that says if anything happens to the item they will fix it.In October of 2005 the leg of the dresser broke while we were moving. All we did was place it down and it broke and fell over. I called them on October 16th and they were supposed to come out the next week. They cancelled three appointments before finally coming out to look at it. I finally used some super glue because I had it layed out in the middle of my living room and it was just too big. Now they said that they arent going to fix it because we broke it and we glued it and that is not their problem. Their warranty says they will fix it and if they can't you will get a credit to buy a new one and they are not honoring their warranty and they are nasty and not that smart either. Please dont buy from them. You mind as well flush your money in the toilet.
