Rooter Hero Plumbing Arranged service appointment twice in two week and did not get the service Orange, California
Made an appointment for opening drain line for 11/13/10. On 11/13/10 the company called us and re-scheduled for 11/20/10. On 11/19/10 they called and confirmed that they would be at our house on 11/20/10 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. On 11/20/10 at 2:30 Pm they called to reschedule and we said no. They promised to turn up before 3:00 PM and never did. Complained to their duty manager on 11/20/10 and he said there is nothing he could do!

Today the owner of the company sent a technician to our house to solve our drain blockage problem, presumably because of my complaint to BBB. The technician came and started coming up with excuses such as your drains are not built to the code, etc. in order not to give any service. It was very clear that his mission was to argue and not solve our problem. This company is doing everything to annoy customers such as me. I did not ask for any services after the first couple of encounters I had with them but the owner insisted on sending someone and I agreed to give them one more chance and the result was totally unsatisfactory.
