YOU Played Their Game Perfectly!

Since you claim they "slipped in" this purely BOGUS FEE, how did they get away with it?  Here's how:  At the closing, YOU were presented with a contract to sign.  That contract contained all the financial aspects of this deal including their PURELY BOGUS FEE.  There were multiple places for you to sign and/or initial.  You signed and/or initialed which attested to YOU agreeing to the terms of said contract.  However...YOU didn't even bother to read what those terms were, did you?  I'll never, ever understand how you people can do something so stupid as signing a contract WITHOUT reading it!  There's NO OTHER WAY to define that action!  After the fact, you come here to cry, whine and blame them when in reality, YOU allowed this to happen.  You can also put away the disability/sickness card because neither of those conditions justify anybody to sign any contract without using basic common sense to READ before AGREEING! Is what they did right?  Absolutely not!  The BOGUS FEE con-game is a mainstay in the Sleazy American Car Business.  The con-artists in the dealerships know many, many people do what you did...sign papers WITHOUT reading them.  They've got you all figured out perfectly and that's why the slimeballs in the car business continue to play their games of fraud and deception.
