Rory Ray-have the relationship you want.com I ordered a cd to hear what advice she gives to wmoen about mena. Well the 2nd month comes along and bam they take 19.99 out of my checking account again after the fact they had just sent me a cd prior to that without my approval.Right before that I have called for them to cancel sedning me the cds since they said to cancel if Im not happy with cds ..which I wasnt. Now a month later they send me another cd and I pray that they dont take out another1 9.99 from my account again. McHenry Illinois

Hello, I had fell for a another scam. I ordered a cd of men advice for womenbut boy am I a sucker.I was not happy with the cd advice and before you know it Im billed again. SO i complain june 10 that I got 19.99 deducted from my checking abccount without my approval. They call me days later saying that my message is not clear with the information I gave them. So they say I have to give  alot of details for reson of the call.All the while Ive sent back the two cds thatatey sent me and I should have regardless gottem my money back since that what I had said in that telephone call to complain. I tild them in deatin that I didnt need my funds taken out anymore and I wanted a refund. No its July 10 and yet anohter cd is snet to my home when I had canced it June 10th.I dont want my funds in 19.99 to be taken out again..soon. Please have somone call them or me to help put a stop to this rip off abuse. thanks!Irene Rocha

Hi,You saw the report made by me and was happy to oblige me and return all the 3 CD charges withing 7 days after you said you would return those charges.

Thanks for the return monies return that you promised to do. l am truly happy that you did it. I am sorry that I was not happy with those tapes. Have a gret day! Irene R.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. While it doesn’t completely fix your frustration, hopefully I can at least address your immediate concerns of possible future charges.

 

Since you provided your name in your complaint, I was able to locate your account and have confirmed that your subscription was canceled by our "self-cancel" page (havetherelationshipyouwant.com/help/cancel-subscription.html) on 6/11/15. The recent CD you received was already in the process of shipping when you canceled and there will be no charge for this interview. I will send a follow up email to you confirming this.

 

 

Since you mentioned that you returned the CDs, I’ll go ahead and refund the charges for those now. I’d expect that we’ll receive the CDs within the next week or two - it sometimes takes a bit longer if you sent back using “Return to Sender”.

 

The reason that we weren’t able to take care of your request without leaving a voicemail for you was because we were not able to locate your account with the details in the message. We wanted to follow up by phone to make sure we reached you so we could properly handle your request.
