Complaint Review: Rosati's Pizza

Rosati's Pizza has a deal wherein if you place an order for an extra large pizza, you'll get a medium cheese pizza for free. I asked the person on the phone to confirm and they did. So I ordered two extra large pizzas. When I arrived to pick up my order, I received only one medium pizza. I asked the counter person where the other pizza was and he stated that it was only one medium pizza per order. I told him that the guy on the telephone told me otherwise... He looked at the bill... shrugged his shoulders and that was it.

I looked at the bill when I got home and it says right on the bill... "Buy and 18" get a free 12". Then I did some math. I took an 18" circle and divided it into 26 equal parts... the price of the pie was $26.20. Each piece was just over an inch down to the point. Who in the world would want to pay a dollar for a piece of pizza that skinny?

I wouldn't give these people the time of day. Run away.
