Complaint Review: Rose gal

Rose gal I did some Christmas shopping on Rose gals website. I was so excited to get the gifts, I waited and waited and waited some more. Finally I tried tracking the packages but every avenue was blocked. Phone numbers that don't take your calls chat rooms that aren't up and customer service that send useless emails!! Internet

I shopped on Rose gals website for a few days buying several Christmas gifts. After waiting and waiting I decided to track my packages, easy right? Far from easy it, this is where the run around began. I submitted my order # and received an e-mail stating that I would have my information within 24 hours, that didn't happen. Customer service had a phone number to call, and nope that number wasn't taking calls. The Rose gal online chat room was not up and running. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of this company!!!!

I now realize that I am screwed out of the money I spent at the Rose gal wed site. The thing that really burns me is that their advertisements are popping up all over the Internet and they are cheating good honest hard working people over and over again
