This company advertises on Facebook as a discount name brand wholesale clothing store. There shipping guideline indicates it will take 8-25 to get your merchandise, however if there is an issue they request time to correct. 

I ordered my merchandise Aug 4, 2014. I sent my first email regarding no shipment received Sept 9, 2014 and was ask to give it more time as I selected standard shipping. Sept 18, I sent another email and received the same response. Today I requested a refund and I received a email that said, the company's guideline for complaints or refund is clear, you have 45 days after purchase, we are very sorry your case is closed. This company is a ripoff......they deliberately extend service time to exceed company policy, keep your money, and never send any merchandise . They have no phone number, and the live chat will only talk to you if you are placing and order, not after you placed it.
