Complaint Review: Rose Wholesale

Rose Wholesale Junling Li Order not has described, they only sent three items out of five items, i returned the 3 items since 9/19/15 and claim they haven't received them and close the case without return any of my money, Not even for the items they didn't ship China China

I had ordered 5 dresses from Rose Wholese in August and received only 3 dresses. My payment for the 5 dresses plus shipping was submitted in full through Paypal.  After receiving the 3 dresses the quality and workmanship were horrible, the sizes were rediculously extremely smaller than their size chart.  I immediately contacted them and after two weeks I never heard back from them, so I decided to contact Paypal.  I contacted Paypal and was asked to send evidence, which I did by sending the customs declaration receipt and the post office reciepts for the return package according to their instructions. After investigation Paypal close the case without merit because they were not able to track the package apparently out of the country. Well I went to the post of in my town and they track the package leaving the country for China but they can't track beyond in China she told me. To date I am out the entire monies paid to Paypal for the 5 items although I only received 3 and returned 3 items, plus the additional cost to return the package to China. This is so wrong that they are allowed to get away with this!!! Do you know the adress for the trade Commissioner that will sheild some light on this company?
