Complaint Review: Rose Wholesale

I bought a dress from Rose Wholesale. It arrived with unstitched neck and sleeves (it is actually sleeveless). It looked nothing like the photo on the website. Way too small, and I even went a size up knowing that Asian sites size their items much smaller.

I submitted photos of the issue and they only offered a partial refund. Excuse  me? I wanted to send the dress back and get a full refund.

I also told them that I was ordering another of the same exact dress in their largest size because I did like the dress even though it looked different in person than on the website.

I also told them that I hoped it would be a finished product instead of the unstitched weirdness that arrived the first time.

The second dress arrived more than 60 days after I ordered it. They kept saying they sent it. They would not refund my money.

Then it turns out I finally got the package and the label showed that it had been sent quite recently (about 9 days before I received it).

So, they never sent it in the first place, even though they had my money. 

Customer service is terrible. They keep repeating themselves (via back and forth form on the website) with a script that is completely off topic and avoiding the real issue.

I will not be using this company again because:

1. items do not look like what is shown on the website;

2. Items are FAR too small, even when ordering 2 sizes up;

3. poor customer service;

4. smokescreening;

5. Refusal to issue refund even after product not received for 60 days;

6. No admission that the second item had never been sent, they just sent it (finally);

7. Many of the items on the site are available in sizes S and M only. When size L or XL is available, even those are way, way too small.

All in all, not a good company. Their website is very alluring and appealing, and you think you're getting a good deal, but I bet that only happens about 25% of the time or less.
