RoseGal.com I ordered a sweater on-line. Was notified by email that my credit card had been used, the order had been processed and shipped. Internet
Approximately one month later, the sweater was received and was stuffed in a small package. When I opened the package, the sweater looked nothing like it did on-line, was totally wrinkled and the sleeves and bottom of the sweater are frayed. This is a totally unacceptable purchase and I wish to return it and receive credit on my credit card immediately. There is no address for which I can do this and there was no invoice or receipt within the package. How do I proceed to contact this company so I can return the sweater and receive credit? I have no idea as referenced above.
