Complaint Review: Rosegal.com

I ordered a sweater from this company two months ago and still nothing. I emailed them to ask where my order is, and they responded it was on back order. A few weeks later, they told me it has shipped and gave me a picture of some package on a scale, how should I know that is my order? And a tracking number. Good luck tracking down the tracking number on any postal websites. I have emailed them two more times since they said it shipped (over a month ago) and no response.
