Rosegal.com SAMMYdress.com I recieved only one of 3 items, but paid for all items, and 3 months later they still won't refund for missing items! Internet

I saw a link on Facebook for Rosegal.com that my friends liked. I clicked on the link, and purchased 3 items on July 4th 2014. A few weeks later, I recieved only one shirt, the cheapest item in my order. It's now September 9th and I still haven't recieved the dress or the swimsuit wrap that I ordered with the shirt. I've written several customer service tickets asking for the tracking numbers, which they still won't give me, instead they give me the dress item number which I already have. They automatically close each ticket after telling me to wait longer. It's been 67 days since I placed my order and when I ask them to refund my money they tell me to wait a few more days and check with my post office, which doesn't have the packages, and then they close my customer service ticket. This scenario happened twice in the tickets. The cheap shirt that I recieved, is exactly that, cheap, but clearly I got ripped off by paying for not only the cheap shirt but two more items which cost more and I have never recieved! I deserve to have my money refunded for the items I didn't recieve!

If there is a class action law suit, I will gladly send you my customer service tickets that I saved.
