Complaint Review: Rosegal

but I havent I ordered a top from Rosegal that was too small.  I have been trying to contact them several ways on their website, live chat, email, message, phone call, and neither of them have worked. Actually I have tried numerous times to contact them to exchange the top for a smaller size and received no response.  Usually when you order an item the company includes a return form but Rosegal does not.  Their phone number hangs up each time you try and call.  Nobody  answers the phone. I saw this option on your website and thought I would write in.  I am not sure what the next step are from here. Could someone get back to me and let me know?
