Rosegal Ordered, Paid Expedited, told they could not afford shipping Internet
I ordered a dress from Rosegal on November 28, 2015. I paid for expedited shipping. I was sent a picture of a package with a tracking number for DHL and told it should arrive on December 12th. The order did not come. When I tried to track it with DHL, their website said it was an invalid number. I contacted DHL who said the label was printed, but never activated. The package was never sent out.
When I contacted Rosegal I received an email with a link to a page that took me to a message from Rosegal. When I read the message it said the shipping cost too much to send expedited (even though I paid for expedited shipping) and so they shipped it standard and had no tracking number they could give me. They also offered me 15% off any new order for my inconvenience, like I'm going to give them anymore money. The message said that the package should arrive within 10-25 business days. It has now been 32 days and I have not received my order.
The link in the email has expired and I have no way to record the information that was communicated about the shipping. My order has been closed out at Rosegal as having been shipped. I emailed them again. Still waiting for a response.
No refund, no product, no shipping information. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
