Rosenthal Stein and Associates Left phone message stating claim filed against me that required immediate action Internet
I received a message on my answering machine at 11:29am on Friday, 3/18, stating that a claim had been filed against me for final processing today (3/18). I needed to call 800-818-1790 by 4:00pm today and give them a formal statement and to verify my county of residence in order to guarantee protection and my release from this matter. The caller further stated that immediate action is required.
I called the 800 number at 12:53pm twice on 3/18 and was put on hold for several minutes each time. I finally was able to get a phone prompt to be transferred to an operator only to be told that there was no one in the office at this time. I took no further action.

Later on the same day, Friday, 3/18, I was able to get an extension to use with the 800 number and I called Rosenthal and Stein again using extension 1000. I was then able to get someone to answer the phone. I was then transferred to Agent Craig. In talking with her I learned that the claim was for a loan that my son took out in 2008. I asked her why that information wasn't part of the phone message that was left for me. She said that it should have been. I told her that my son has never lived at this address and I haven't been able to contact him in several months. I told her not to contact me again regarding this matter.
