Called Rosenthal Stein & Associates to find out where my case was, spoke to Patt Ross she told me that they were a mediation company that she was there to help me stay out of jail. Patt also told me that I could go to kail and also have Felony charges and possibly loose my children and that I needed to come up with $525 or $100 by Friday or I was going to get served from the court in the county I live. Patt I am the one between you and the court to make sure you stay out of jail and getting a felony on your record.

They have violated the FDCPA by threatening you with jail time. Do some research online about FDCPA violations - it sounds like you have a cause of action against them. For goodness sake, don't send them any money to reward their bad business practices.
