Complaint Review: Rosewe

Rosewe On february 29th 2016 I ordered 2 jumpers off of Rosewe from the internet... I even paid extra for 1-4 day shipping. Its March 23rd 2016 and my order is still processing. i asked for a refund and Rosewe is giving me a run around and will not ship my merchandise. and i called the visa gift card company Netspend and they wont give me my refund. please help me My number is 609 531 1106 China

My name is helen robinson i live at 49 A Hanover street Pemeberton, NJ. On february 29,th 2016 i placed an online order wth a Visa gift card (Netspend) and placed an order from Rosewe i purchased two jumpers and also paid $10.99 for 1-4 day shipping and its now March 23, 2016 and my order is still in processing. Rosewe will not give me a refund and keep giving me a ru around. i called netspend which is the company for visa gift card and i filed a dispute for a refund and they are giving me a run around. I just want my money totalling $63.66 and its a joke!!! please help me!!!
