On January 5, 2012..I obtained Rosie Diaz-Mejico Pro Per Legal Services to fill out legal documents that needed to be filed ASAP. I paid all fees in cash and supplied all info needed to complete forms, she reassured me it would be filed in a timely manner with all copies given to me before the court date Jan.18,2012. While in her office I observed very unprofessional service from her and her runner C.J. who was noticeably intoxicated. At that time Rosie excused herself and took her runner to the back to talk to her about coming to work intoxicated..red flag. Needless to say nearing my court date I had no copies and she was ignoring my phones calls, I called every day for a week.

The day of court the petitioner's attorney asked for the copies of my response, I had no copies. Rosie never gave me any. At that time we tried to contact Rosie from court to no aval. I entered court with no copies and not knowing Rosie had falsified a fee waiver. The Judge brought that to my attention when he accused me of perjury and incomplete financial statements. Rosie did not attach copies of my check stubs, with that the Judge discredited me and shamed me. With all that he did not want to hear anything from me, in his eyes I was a liar holding back income. I was fined for the errors in the paperwork. I later called Rosie to get all documents she filed..especially the fee waiver. She said she did not have it and did not know what the judge was talking about. I later went to her office and talked to CJ about obtaining a copy of that fee waiver, and guess what? CJ printed it up for me from Rosie's computer and yes..It was all falsified. I lost a  great amount of money due to Rosie's lies and incompetent knowledge in this field...BEWARE!!!!
