The product in question here is a video syndication software. It works exactly as described and hundreds of other customers are more than happy with it.
Tony's problem was that he misunderstood how it worked, even thought here is a full video demonstration on the page where the software can be purchased.
While we don't offer refunds on this product, I would have been more than happy to help Tony get value from the product he purchased from me. I stand behind the products I sell and am more than happy to work with customers to help them get results.
Tony seemed to be having a rough day. He's a disabled veteran who seems to hop from one "big idea" to the next. I'm also a disabled veteran and would have liked to help him. He got angry and instantly filed this report.
