THe miserable redneck, Tom, that owns this establishment refused to pay for my driver side door handle that his gorilla mechanic broke off my car when I brought it to him for a simple alignment. When my insurance company contacted him regarding his refusal to pay ofr the repairs, he called me and threw my car out of his shiiiop.

I paid his sorry a*s for the alignment that Idoubt he really did and proceded to file a small claims case to sue him. I contact the attorney that is listed as the registered agent to let him konw I intended to sue. The attorney was a littel smarter and slightly more professional than Tom and negotiated a payment which still did not cover the entire repair.

Needless to say I will tell everyone about the terrible experience and the poor business practices of theis cracker that thought he could disrepect and cheat a black customer.

I look at this site for legitimate feedback on business performance and customer service/support.  I was somewhat tracking with you until you played the infamous "race card", then I lost all sympathy I may have had for your supposed problem.  If you'd stopped with unethical or poorly run business, you'd have had my attention, but when you tossed in "redneck" and "cracker", I realized Rosslyn Tire was probably ok and you are the one that had the issue...and probably will continue.  You should thank their attorney for saving you a lot of embarrassment in small claims court...the payment doesn't mean you were right, it probably means dealing with you further wasn't worth the time and effort when they have a business to run.

I would like to know what your last sentence has to do with anything about this establishment ripping you off.

Obvouisly it shows what a RACIST BIGOT you really are. Also you need to check your spelling before posting reports here if you want to be taken seriously. And I dont appreciate you calling any person a "Cracker" it is the same as if I called you a "n****r"
