Complaint Review: ROSSO MOTORS

ROSSO MOTORS rossomotors.com Sent damaged and faulty, unusable equipment I bought it before my daughter's 4th, and buy the time we used it to find out that it was no good, they would not honor replacement or refund.

The $650 ATV that I bought for my daughter's 4th birthday arrived with bent and damaged parts. We purchased the vehicle so that we would have it in time for my daughter's birthday wich appears to have rendered us a few days outside of gthe 30 day return/ refund window. after determining that the equipment was faulty, we tried requesting an exchange or reund, but all they wanted to do was send us replacement parts. We have receive host of replacement parts and the item still does not work and has only worked one day since we bought it. The company has many such reviews and I am sure it is simply peddling junkl!

I wold very much like to have my money back and to see this company either to start providing a decent product to customers or find an honest line of business that does not involve ripping people the people who trust them to provide a decent product for our children to enjoy.
